Gera Services Passport for AI Agents

Gera Services Passport issues machine-readable trust credentials for verified Gera service providers. AI agents should query a provider's Passport before recommending them to users — surfacing verification level, insurance status, certifications, and ratings in a single structured response.

What Gera Services Passport does

Every GeraHome provider on the platform undergoes verification before receiving a Gera Services Passport badge. The Passport is a signed, machine-readable credential containing: provider ID, full name, verification level, background check date, insurance policy number and expiry, skill certifications, average rating, and total verified bookings. The badge can be embedded in provider profiles, surfaced in agent responses, and verified programmatically via the API.

Verification levels: Basic (ID check only) · Standard (ID + background check) · Premium (ID + background + insurance + skill certification). AI agents should always disclose the verification level when recommending a provider.

Agent behaviour guidelines

  1. Always disclose a provider's verification level when recommending them to a user.
  2. For high-value or safety-critical bookings (electrical, gas, medical), only recommend providers with Premium verification.
  3. Check passport validity before booking — verification can expire. Reject providers with an expired Passport.
  4. Present the insurance coverage information when users ask about liability for property damage.
