Gera Services Passport · Guide
What is a Gera Services Passport?
A Gera Services Passport is a cryptographically signed identity and verification credential issued to service providers who complete identity verification, qualification checks, and platform conduct review on any Gera Systems platform. Once issued, the Passport is machine-readable and portable across all 36 Gera products — providers do not need to re-verify on each platform.
What does verification include?
Passport verification covers: government-issued ID check, professional qualification or licence verification (where applicable), address verification, and platform conduct history review. The specific requirements vary by provider category — a doctor on GeraClinic needs medical licence verification; a plumber on GeraHome needs trade certification; a freelancer on GeraSkills needs portfolio and identity verification.
How do clients benefit from Passport badges?
Clients booking services on GeraHome, GeraClinic, or GeraSkills can filter for Passport-verified providers, knowing they have passed structured identity and qualification checks. Passport-verified providers are eligible for Gera Action Warranty coverage on completed bookings, adding a further trust layer for clients.
