How Gera Services Passport works

Verified, machine-readable trust badges for service providers.

Quick answers

What is a Gera Services Passport?
A verified, public trust profile for service providers — your identity, qualifications, warranty record, and ratings, all signed by Gera and machine-readable.
Who can get a Passport?
Any service provider listed on a Gera product (GeraHome, GeraClinic, GeraJobs employers, etc.). Standalone applications are accepted for providers operating outside the platform.
What does verification involve?
ID document plus selfie verification, qualification or licence checks against the relevant register (e.g. medical board, trade body), and where applicable proof of insurance. We re-verify periodically and on category change.
Is the Passport free?
Issuance is free for active Gera-network providers. Standalone Passport applications and premium features (insurance integration, priority badge) are paid tiers.
